HELP! I can't figure out what chords this chick is playing!

Ok - I'm not a great guitarist - but I can manage some things pretty well if I practice enough. I'm going to England in 3 weeks to play at something called a Steampunk Convivial (Steampunk is a very cool anachronism I belong to).
I've been asked to play this song from "A Clockwork Orange" (with lyrics changed a little to fit the sitch) and because it's a very obscure song no tablature exists for it.

For most guitarists I'm sure this is a no-brainer. Could someone help?

I have a chord sheet for this with Uke chords but the guitar chords would be the same. Just don't look at the chord diagrams at the top.
