Yes, it was Arejay who was under age. A jealous band promoter allegedly ratted them out. As it turned out, this person actually did Halestorm a favor, because by forcing them from the Pennsylvania bar circuit, they instead concentrated on developing their original songs for industry showcase performances rather than learning covers.
