Happened in 2008? Hmmm she wants his goods $$$$$$$. Im not doubting she saw his "BIG BEN", but she just realized shes broke from working for $6.00/hour and needs some cash asap.

I believe there should be a conviction for falsely accusing someone, especially in the case for rape and sexual assault. Girls get away with way to much, they can ruin someone for greed and attention.

I tend to agree with this. At the very least, they don't name the victim/accuser, so they shouldn't name the perpetrator/accused. You don't come back from that, no matter what the verdict.

That said, I think her suit is for libel.--->JMS

Edit: I had heard on the radio that the suit was for libel, or at least that was the gist of it... I was pretty wrong, it's a rape claim. I should have clicked the link instead of listening to Charlie & Dick In The Morning.

you know...most of the time I get really pissed off about athletes doing crap that they shouldn't be doing and getting sued or arrested and then because they're an athlete and they're rich or have people behind them that are rich and affluent they get off (coughPSUfootballcough)...but this actually does sound like crap to me...it took her a year to come forward about this? I dunno...sounds kind of fake to me.

And I agree..I think any woman who makes up a case of sexual assault against someone should be tried themselves...and the person that they accused should be able to sue them for slander on top of that. There are too many cases of this actually happening in the world for attention whores to be making false claims of it.
