Service Provider Problem
We have been using 1trueway as our provider for sometime now and we decided to upgrade to DSL with them. Anyway, we received our high speed modem etc... and I hooked it up and all that jazz. The IT guy was supposed to call me back with proxy setting and etc. He didn't, and now almost a month later we are still using the dial up. I can't get this guy on the phone or anyone from the company for that matter. Does ANYONE know how to get this type of information so I can bypass this twat...basically, can the proxy settings be found without his help?
