I really dug Slackers version of "Sledge Hammer" but the band sucks. :wink:

I'm with you BDR, I think that cover is great. Much better than the original version in my opinion.

Seether's just another "trendy" band, and im no fan of the 80's.....so for me this song's completely disgusting and terrible (personal opinion)

I hate Wham!...always have. However, I found Seether's version to be in very good taste and it adds a whole different dynamic. I actually know and sing the words now. I shiver, in a way.
And I've always loved Disturbed's "Land Of Confusion" & Nonpoint's "In The Air Tonight"...coming from a person who can't stand Genesis.
