I think that they just automaticly think that if they go out to a bar its probably gonna be a heavy band.. I hear so many people say.. I dont like that screamin crap.. Yeah heavy music sounds cool.. and dudes like it.. how many chicks do you know that are into Hatebreed. I'm not saying that everyone should pussy out.. I am mearly putting thought to the keys here.

This will be my finally post on Rockpage. In all due respect, I have been talking with club owners, artists/bands, light and sound people, about the situation concerning the Altoona music scene via phone calls, etc....! I had alot of positive and some negative feeback. In the doing my research I have found: Alot of people...artists/bnds stay way from this site because of people with the ALTOONA ATTITUDE...yes, some of them are so called, "your best friends". Club owners want to do alot more in the area, but the when they come to Rockpage, they get no respect at all and are wondering why should they even bother? The artists/bands that think they are the 'next best thing' are far from it. You have alot more in your backyard that you can't see, even if it's right in front of you. Wanna be star? Work hard, be original, and don't believe everything your friends tell you. I could say alot more, but I;d rather not get into it. The ONLY reason I showed was, because of an invite from Jim Price and a 2 other people. Think what you want! I'm outta here....happy trails....by the way, you will never know where, or when, I will show up! May the force be with you.......

So what club owners are you talking about? We play pretty much all the "main" clubs in the area...They want to do a lot more of what?

Rob, vagueness was the main theme in all his posts, IMO. All he did was hint about what he could do. I would like a real list of all the bar owners in the Altoona area he actually talked to.
