PLCB monitors RockPage ..... Once along time ago I got warned by the LCB about a show at the bar because the flyer had a naked breast on it . When I ask how they heard about it they said it was posted on Rockpage ...
LCB is not the only organization that follows rockpage either. As everything on the internet, you must becareful about what you post. Eyes are everywhere.
Of course they can, John. Just like local probation offices and law enforcement monitor facebook, myspace, twitter and all of the other social networking sites.
How many years ago did that happen? It had to quite a few.
Just some FYI: The PLCB is the bureaucracy & courts that oversee the liquor business in PA.
The people who enforce it and who's ears are the highly technical (lol) sound measurement standard are called the BLCE which is a wing of the PA State Police. That stands for Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.
A little more news: The PA Health Department has recently given the BLCE enforcement authority for the smoking ban in PLCB licensed establishments.
