I have read these posts and everyone has answers....but I'm with Bigjohn
every bar owner I know wants out....well most of them. Until you own one you have no idea of the hassle you put up with. No other business has as many regulations, and regulatory agencies to deal with.....well maybe dealing with nuke energy. But since the fire I've done a lot of thinking and trying to forsee the future of the business,,,I've come to the decision that its time..time to move on.
