Not to steal his thunder but I don't think Kenny's had a chance to get any pictures ready, so here's one from Mr. Joel Becker. It's a Charvel San Dimas reissue, and Joe would be pleased to see that it only has one knob.
I'll let old sKool tell you more about it, but it's pretty sweet sounding. The best way I can describe it is a Strat on steriods, minus the out of phase sound due to the pickup configuration, of course.

Man I couldn't be happier with this thing! Alder body, quartersawn maple neck, Duncan JB & 59, Original Floyd and a healthy dose of mojo! The 59 in the neck sings like a bluesy strat but with lots of meat & warmth. Really gutsy but well balanced tone. Dialed the action in nice & low. Plays like butter. Great sustain and resonance. Supposedly they only built 150 in white. The specs are supposed to be what the early 80's San Dimas models were built to including the strat headstock. I haven't played any original San Dimas Charvels but have played a couple San Dimas Jacksons & this thing captures that general vibe. Can't quite compare apples to apples because the Jacksons had Kahler trems. Plus you can't build a new piece and have the same feel and tone of a 20+ year old hunk of broken in wood. Charvel also makes this as a SoCal model that has a strat style pick guard. Guys are buying these & swappin' out the pick guards for various pickup configs, colors, etc for a real customized piece without investing a fortune. Got to thank my girlfriend for this one-thanks dear!

Ive been the same way with my Jake E Lee guitar that I built. I got a Charvel neck plate put on it the other day to replace the Jackson plate and I havent been able to put it down since then. It's been my 'guitar of the week' in sorts.

I'm trying to talk Kenny into getting an old school (non pun intended) Kramer, so he can represent the total 80s shred guitar trifecta amongst his collection of Jacksons and Charvels.

Doin some catch up reading and found this again. I'm able to see the pics now for some reason. Anyway, I really like that alot Kenny! White is the best color, and that thing will look sweet in 10-15 years after it ages a little.
Can I stay at your house this weekend?
