insperation

It seems that when im doing somthing i dont want to be doing (school, work), I get mad insperation for writing a song. It never fails. People look at me like I'm some kind of nut when im tapping on my books and humming in class, I wish they could hear what's goin on in my head. I once wrote a whole song, guitars, drums, lyrics, in the shower, and that song actually made it to cd!!!!!! Most of the time the good ideas are forgotten b4 i can get to a pen /paper. Bottom line, what do you find yourself doing when insperation hits?
