KERRY GOON MAKES 3-YEAR-OLD CRY
KERRY GOON MAKES 3-YEAR-OLD CRY
Yes, this article is for all of you Kerry fans. Enjoy!!!
Urbs
Yet another “sign” that Kerry will go down in flames on November 2nd: Check out this photo of the cute little 3-year-old girl crying on her dad’s shoulders after having her “Bush-Cheney” sign ripped out of her hands and torn up by Kerry-Edwards supporters in West Virginia yesterday.
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=s ... 0309162250
Not exactly the way to win friends and influence people, huh? The bonehead with the baseball cap on the wrong way, a smirk on his face and pieces of the sign in his hand is laughing at little Sophia. Takes a real tough guy to make a 3-year-old girl cry, doesn't it?
Now here’s the rest of the story, as if that’s not enough to make your blood boil.
I spoke with the girl’s father, Phil Parlock, this morning. Mr. Parlock is a real estate agent and father of 10 children...two of whom are presently in the National Guard. (I hope Dan Rather doesn’t get hold of their service records!). Apparently the Kerry goons who were ripping up everyone’s Bush-Cheney signs at the rally, including little Sophia’s, were members of...the Painters Union.
Go figure. Who would have thought such goonish behavior could come from union workers? I mean, what are the odds?
Anyway, Mr. Parlock also let me speak to Sophia briefly. She told me proudly - in that kind of little-girl voice which’ll melt your heart - how she got to meet the President and how the President hugged her and told her “Thank you.” She was obviously on Cloud Nine. What a damn shame that thug had to ruin such a wonderful experience for a little 3-year-old kid.
But it gets worse...
Apparently, Mr. Parlock’s 82-year-old mother-in-law was living with the family back in 1999 when she passed away after a short illness. Her obituary appeared in the Charleston Gazette on February 19, 1999.
What’s this have to do with anything?
Well, once Sophia Parlock’s photo appeared in the Associated Press story, one of the whacked-out Democratic Underground jerks, “displacedtexan,” posted the link to the obituary on the DU website Discussion Board under the title “Did the Parlocks OFF Granny,” along with these comments:
“Short Illness?????????????????? The Parlocks let Granny die while in their care???????? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm… 10 kids on a real estate agent's salary????????????? I wonder what Granny's house was worth!”
These are some sick puppies.

Yeah, it takes a real man to make a woman cry. Takes an even bigger man to make a three year old girl cry and be proud of themselves for doing it...and mock a family who had a death in it.
Political Jenius. Complete and utter Je-ni-us.

And yet again you two amaze me. Yes, making a kid cry is never good in any situation, but is it honestly a "sign that kerry will go down in flames"? please. How old are you byndrsn? Have you ever worked a Union job?, the writings on the wall but apparently you don't know how to read. You DON'T want to open up that can of worms my friend. Ahhh yes, it was an amazing thing that the president could win over a three year old, that's very difficult. Can't believe I wasted two minutes writing this. [/quote]

No, but this is:but is it honestly a "sign that kerry will go down in flames"?

55% to 42% by the world's pre-eminent polling company is a pretty wide spread, even if its just a poll. It looks like the 1972 landslide all over again. I just hope that Bush's staff has enough sense not to hire any PLUMBERS.

...Oh, the freedom of the day that yielded to no rule or time...

eh, think about it first
The father should know better than to subject his little daughter to political bitterness. It would be a different situation if it was a Bush rally. The father is an a-hole.
The Face in the Face is inside the Head.
What does my age have to do with anything? I've met people that are much older than I am and act like children and have also met young adults that are more mature than most middle aged people I know - what does it matter?stonekrow wrote:And yet again you two amaze me. Anywho - NO- I've never (and hope to never) worked a union job. Now I understand your affiliation to the democrats. Unions are always pushing that side of the ticket.
I have nothing against hard working union employees (many of my closest friends work in union shops and workplaces), but I do have a problem with union political bias. I have also witnessed the destruction of businesses by the greed of the unions (i.e., the railroad companies and the steel mills.)
I truly don't mind you trying to personally attack me with the age comment or insinuating that I can't read. I am used to dealing with that any time I question someone that has a liberal mindset.
And, it has nothing to do with the president winning over a 3 year old - it has everything to do with fanatics going so far as to make a child cry (and that goes for fanatics on either side of this political debate)
Oh, and by the way - what can of worms are you talking about??

I wasn't personally trying to attack you, I just asked a question so I can determine for myself the reasoning behind some posts, no harm meant. The can of worms I was talking about was the Union and you already went there so you are entitled to your opinions. I'll post my opinions sometime in the futere, as for now I'm tired of arguing. We all stand firm in our beliefs so this circle will continue on. The one thing I'm glad we all can agree on is that we love our country and want the best for it. God Bless America.
age has nothing to do with it.
Ive been at many republican rallies with my 10 year old, and never seen a fellow republican disrepect anyone who was protesting the said party.
After saying that, I would never take my 10 year old to a democratic rally to protest, because of the verbal abuse the democrat, at the rallies use.
5 years ago, i had a bush sticker on my car, and well knowing I had children in the car, literally 100's of people throughout the election year, and throughout the recounting months, people would give my car, that had my children in it, the middle finger. These people werent teenagers or 20 something people. These were, or at least looked like, mothers, housewives, middle-class, white collar, blue collar workers. After the first 50 or so, I did take action. I spoke to the state police, and was told to write down license plate numbers. These people that I reported were given a level 2 aggessive driving record for 3 years. many are saying, "what the heck is that" well thats what i said. It is not a fine, but a report that goes on your insurance record.
Now, these people could of fought this, but not one did. I had 484 license plate numbers within 8 months, and all were reported as level 2 and 27% of the car insurance raised.
This is my action towards unruly democrats.
Now, I would be in jail right now if I was that gentleman, and someone did that to my child, because I would have tore him up.

I've been reading so many of these posts and it's hilarious. I'm noticing something here and I think I'll just take a moment to point it out.
Grim guy, byndrsn, Esa, Stone Krow, lonewolf and the rest of you. I can see you all fighting back and forth over Republicans and Democrats. Bush vs. Kerry. Good vs. Evil. Tax cut vs. Rebates. Etc. And the thing I'm noticing more here is this: The Replublicans are offering the facts on what they are stating. News polls, stories, proof, evidence that Bush is doing what he says he is and making the nation as good as things can be right now under circumstances. The Democrats are taking to name calling and offensive gestures. The three year old crying. Political backstabbing. I can't stand watching TV around this point in time because of the commercials. But I never see any hard evidence proof that Kerry is doing a better thing than Bush is. Even in here, Stone Krow you attacked byndrsn with no more than words, calling him an illiterate child. Byndrsn was only posting that, "Look, this is what Kerry Supporters are doing." Have you seen any Bush supporters are doing?
Settle down and stick to facts. Don't attack if there is no ground to support yourself on.
On a side note this is what I see so often at Pro life Ralleys. Thousands of pro lifers marching in the cold. What makes it to Television? The group of ten pro choice people that are spitting on people.

Well I know the words, but I can't really speak them to you.

But Eric, ponder this....the 3 year old can most likely say the word nuclear. That's much more than dubyah can say for himself! Hail to the retard of the free wordl! It's sad when the leader of the most powerful nation in the world cant even speak passable english. He's probably a NeckCar fan too!stonekrow wrote:Ahhh yes, it was an amazing thing that the president could win over a three year old, that's very difficult.

bynd,
Don't take my post as an exclusive endorsement of Kerry. I can't stand him as much as dubyah. He's a douche, and his wife is worse. That's why the best option for me this election is to choose not to choose. I will be boycotting the polls altogether. It's sad too, becuase I haven't missed a general election since I turned 18. Oh well, I guess?

Ah.. the greatest answer of them all ::rolls eyes:: "I don't like either of them, so I won't vote." For better or worse, no matter who wins, I'm voting. At least then I can say I chose who I want to control my country. I can't stand the people who bitch about things going on, and don't even have the balls to pick a candidate to support. Then when things aren't going their way, they bitch again. Voice an opinion. Vote. Only if you vote can you have a right of say or bitching about things.

man, will i be glad when this election is over... is this a music site or a political forum?
despite the fact that neither candidate has any clue, IT'S THE PEOPLE OF THIS GREAT LAND THAT RUN THINGS! when the sh*t hits the fan, we pull together and get things done.
(i.e. just look at the way new yorkers reacted on 9/11... true heroes every one of them. and the passengers of the flight that went down in shanksville... when they heard what was going down, they kicked some terrorist ass.)
the greatest quality that we possess as americans is our PASSION. and that is the attribute that ALL americans share... on BOTH sides...
