Oh, man those low-carb bagels... the only good thing about trying one was that I had a coupon. Jee-zum, didn't anybody TASTE that thing before they started selling it? I completely concur on the gelato, however. Kickass. And nobody mentioned the Carverz roast beef... very good if you get a good cut of meat... sometimes they're a bit fatty and rubbery.----->JMS

MTO Jr. on Wheat, No Cheese, Black Pepper, Lettuce, Green Peppers, Red Wine Vinegar & Olive Oil. Perfectly nutritionally balanced and healthy!

J/J, it's all good....BTW, Sheetz Atkin's Shmagel tastes like my ass smells after working out...
Just wondering how you can have effective workouts if you're eating a controlled carb diet? Reduced glycogen stores can lead to serious muscle problems in the long run if you keep stressing the fiber without adequate materials (carbs) in your system to help repair them. Burn the fat, feed the muscle.

It's been effective to the tune of 75 lost lbs. and down to 11% body fat...so I'm cool with it whatever it does....
