That's right, 7 more days until the debut of SideStep. We'll be making our 1st appearance on Friday Sept. 3rd at Classic Attitudes.
The band features John Stevens on Vocals, Harp and Guitar. Greg Larimore on Guitar. Steven Brulia on Drums and Vocals. And Tim Kelly on Bass. We'd like to see a big turn out being it's our 1st night . And now that Classic's is running bands on Fridays a good turn out will keep live music going at Classics. So how about some Rockpage community support?
If you like vintage classic rock served up with large dose of badass harp blowing then next Friday is right up your alley. Hope to see ya'll there!
Thanks

I'll be on my way in 15 minutes!!!!!!
If there are any of you that are like me (last minute types) that are going to stop in to hear these guys on their debut - look me up (I'll be wearing a biker vest w/lots of patches, a cowboy hat and long curly hair).
Go Get Em Tim!!!
WOOOOO WHOOOOOO!!! (sorry, I don't get out much these days since me old lady is with child!)

Dude.... were you doing the locomotive whistle when you typed this? You've got to stop drinkin all day before you get on Rockpage!

Anywho.... Tom and I did get out to classics and enjoyed hearing Side Step......(or was it Side Kick?

Hope to see you guys again soon.
Thanks fella's. All in all, a somewhat inauspicious debut, but that's how I like it... it's easier to build on the next show that way. The girlys were rowdy (too bad they wouldn't, y'know, show. I think Urbs and Danny did though!) and hotties were in abundance.
Thanks to Big Jim for the pics.
BTW, to anyone who's booked there, it's a pretty good-sounding room, you just can't beat raw wood paneled walls for sound, I think. It's really a good room to see a band, but hurry... I'm not sure it's going to last unless more people show up-- they're used to 900 freaking disco-dancers showing up on Friday night, so it's hard to compete.
Big thanks to my new bandmates. Blind Lemon Larrimore gets my vote as MVP... anytime we stepped on our d*cks, he'd musically bail us out, and the only way to get more sounds out of that Strat would be to hit a calliope with it. You rock, bruh!----->JMS
