did that article say that the government is going to restructure a bailout for them that's for like 30 billion. i thought obama meant change. where's all this change that's supposed to be happening. or did he pull the old bait and switch

What they did is they took 10% of the stimulus and are now giving it to California.

The reason I'm so pissed is my Dad who owns his own bisness and just lost 70% of his retirement and my girl just lost her job.
