Stage stand couplings?

Has anybody ever seen a coupling for 1-1/2" stage stand tubes? I'd like to get a pair if they exist.

Basically, I want a coupling that would allow you to quick connect and disconnect two tubes lengthwise. Presently, I am using the straight thru section of a standard "T", but I'd like something made for the application that goes a little further on the tube.

I forgot to menton...I want to use plastic 360 degree compression couplings--no metal.

I am using some plastic "T" fittings and it works OK, but kinda looks funky...maybe I can use the third mount on them for flagpoles or something.
