1. My first show was Over Kill back in '96. I got to meet Blitz. That was a cool experience, getting to meet a member of the band for your first show.
2. When me and Witchhunt went to see The Misfits at Club Laga. After the show, Jerry Only was letting people up on stage for pictures. I got one with him. Then on the ride home, we stopped at McDonalds on the Turnpike and meet Michale Graves and got pics with him. So this one really is a Kodak moment.
3. Once again with Witchhunt (I'm his son). Ozzfest 1998. My first Ozzfest. 2nd row center seats for Megadeth, Tool, and Ozzy! Great show!
I'll think of some more later.

saw #2 and #3 on your list, both were great. How was it meeting Blitz? I've heard both good and bad about his personality. Overkill stopped coming around Altoona just a little bit before I turned 21. They're still on my "have to see" list.
Here's another one for the list. Anyone ever seen Manowar live? Granted, their albums are cheesey, but they don't touch the live performance. Between the guitar flash, ranting, preaching and posing--they were total cartoons. Insane. Don't get me wrong, they definitely rocked hard, but you surely had trouble taking them seriously, especially as they crown themselves the "Kings of Metal" in front of a 150 person audience.[/quote]

Blitz was cool as hell. I wish they would still come to Altoona. I saw them in some place in Marlyand called Memories I believe. I don't even remember what town it is in.
Yea,man.
We saw that show at Memories. Can't remember the town either. There was, like, 23 bands played that day with Over Kill as the headliner. I gave Bobby Blitz my beloved winged skull pin that night. Hope he still has it. At Sab's, he took me up on the tour bus and when I talked to him at Memories he said he remembered me from Sab's. Wow. How can he remember all that. Really down to earth guy and one hell of a singer. F*ckin' Kill rules.

I was at this show and remember the piano coming down. I'm surprised that Kip did that Jim because on Kiss' Hot In The Shade tour, we met Winger, Bruce Kulick, and Eric Carr (right before he died) and have some great shots of Winger on stage. Hmm...I'm going to have to post them on our site so you can check them out.Jim Price wrote:Staceman, I remember the Cinderella/Winger/Bulletboys show, and that moment with Tom Kiefer and the piano being lowered from the ceiling. In fact, I sneaked a camera in and took a picture of it! (Not a real good one, all you can see is the piano on the platform being lowered, you can't see Keifer.) I also remember during Winger's set, Kip Winger spotted me with the camera and tried to point me out to security - a**hole!

I finally got a chance to load these onto our website. Some of these pictures are from the very first concert I went to. Enjoy.
