That's Tommy Seebach, a weird Danish man, covering the Shadows tune Apache. I think Hank Marvin was the guitarist on the original. He was a pretty big influence on a lot of British invasion era rockers. I've heard the likes of Pete "it was only for research" Townsend, Clapton, Jeff Beck, & Mark Knopfler all mention him as an influence.
