I heard one yesterday. I think it was "That Tree's On Fire", sung to the tune of "Ring Of Fire". Was funny as hell.

I love Christmas music, but man I wish they would come out with new ones. What they play now is the same song being played by 500 different people. Heck they could have a week devoted to the same song being played over and over again by different people.

I swear they only have about ten songs that are being played over and over again.

I personally love the old classic songs, sung by Johnny Mathis, Frank Sinatra, or played by Arthur Fiedler. They give me chills sometimes.

I'm not usually in the best mood for holiday-based music. However, I'd rather deal with the same songs we all could be upside down over a toilet, piss drunk and gargling ale to backwards on key than the random new ones people come up with sometimes

That's a personal peeve... Some rich old fart making some random "childhood memory"ish Christmas song with no feel to it, other than the money-making capacity... There're about 500,000 of those on the radio, and fortunately, they're beaten out by the old familiar ones. Annoyance from good Christmas tunes overplayed is nothing compared to that unfelt, annoying douchebag singing about whatever the f#&$ he's singing about

Bring on the 23,598 versions of the old-fashioned songs! Heh
