anyone else having trouble loging in? i log in and every time i go back
im log out.

When u log in, there's a box to check that says something like "Log me in automatically" or some shit like that. Click that box before you enter your screen name and password and it should remember you the next time unless you clear temporary Internet files from your computer.

i log in , i go to forms then,then another page , when i come back im no longer loged in? is it my work trying to block me or a problem with rockpage?

Either your work internet security or browser setup is not allowing persistent connections.
When you say "go back" I assume you are using the "back" button on your browser. As a fix, don't use the browser "back" button, just navigate with the buttons on the site.

This is also why you have 3 posts in a row.

Also make sure that cookies and javascript are enabled in your web browser.
... and then the wheel fell off.
