Bad Daze
Bad Daze
Just wanted to tell you guys that you impressed the hell out of us on Saturday night. The music sounded great, the showmanship was top-notch...and damn I wish we could nail song transitions like you guys do.
Stellar.

Thank you very much. We greatly appreciated the chance to perform in State College, and we appreciated all of the compliments from people on how Jim is a good fit for us. A lot of cool people from out of town were in attendance that evening, so it's very humbling to realize the respect that your fans have for you.
Plus, it was cool to see the Trav Show out and about. I haven't seen that cat in a year and a half.

Terry Sprankle (i.e., Knight Sound) always told us that we suck at doing genre transistions during a gig, but we pride ourselves on the fact that you can hear Miley Cyrus and Overkill all within the same set.metalchurch wrote:They are a great band, and do what they do very well, even though they have one of the strangest set lists I have ever seen/heard.
Eminem - Pantera?

Folks like to shit on you Rob, don't they.

Consum(m)ate... well that could mean you haven't reached your highest potential! The sky is the limit!
Yeah... Buddy!

I always enjoyed Bad Daze for their diversity. To go from Disturbed to Miley Cyrus...'nuff said. The shock factor alone keeps you coming back. It's hard to make a diverse list and pull it off...these guys are the masters of it.
It also helps they're one of the friendliest groups around. When set breaks come they get swarmed and while I'm sure a drink or a bathroom break is priority, they take care of the people first. I've known Old Skool a long time and to have him invite me right up on stage to check out his gear...that's class act.
I said it another forum, but it's a shame I'm so busy with my own band. I'd go see these guys wayyyyyy more often. It's worth it.

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup!

to the guys of Bad Daze.....had the locals stop in this weekend and they said that you all were great at Osceola Hotel! Glad to hear that....its nice when local venues do well..makes people from the immediate surrounding towns feel they can travel in our direction too.....Plus, I like to hear feedback on the bands that post here....good job!
