I don't know about you, but this comedian Frank Caliendo does all of these impersonations and commercials and I gotta tell ya, I think he sucks. He's fat and has a fat round face so he doesn't really look like the people he's trying to impersonate, plus he's just not very funny IMO. The only guy he does a decent job with is John Madden and that's because Madden is fat and has a fat round face. Other than that, I don't really care for him at all. He does President Bush, William Shatner and Jerry Seinfeld and when I saw him trying to impersonate them, it took me the whole skit until I realized who he was supposed to be. Anyone else or am I all alone on this one? Just bugs me I guess......
his show, and those commercials aren't funny, but if you watch his standup comedy, it's pretty good. His Robin Williams impersonation is top notch, not to mention his john madden.

I agree with this. Did see a Comedy Central special not too long ago and I laughed. It did not translate to the show, however. It's kinda like when the Brady Bunch tried to do a variety show.

This!^^^^^
I really don't like any comedians who do impressions for the same reason.
A few impressions are spot-on while most are mediocre at best. That includes Dana Carvey.
I think the whole "I don't really look like any of these people. I'm just a fat guy dressed like these people." is part of the joke. However bad that joke may be.

I thought he was funny when I saw him impersonate Bush the first time I saw him, then the more I saw him the more sick of him I got, it seems to me IMO he has the same 6 impersonations that get old quick.
i always thought his standup was pretty funny. i've never seen his show, but i don't see how his act would translate very well... kinda like carlos mencia... but then again, all carlos ever did was steal other comedians' jokes...
