That article brings to light some quite intriguing questions of my own. I love philosophy.

Question?

Are we real or an illusion?
Is the fake fake or is reality fake?
When we look in the mirror; are we looking at ourselves?
How do we know that time is moving forward, and not moving backward?

Of course a poem I wrote in college:

"is it real or an illusion ??? Confusion and mockery are two of the things you have to wonder. Is there such a thing as reality, or is reality just as fake as the fake ?? - Think twice about what you see for it may not be what you think"
