Some of my faves: Vangelis, Enya, Elton John (sorta rock at times but not really imho), Fleetwood Mac, Beethoven, Mozart, Chopin, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Debussy, Crosby Stills & Nash, to name a few.

Preshrunk. They're a 3-piece I think out of Europe. It sounds like techno/electronica, but it's actually a drummer and two dude on basses. You gotta check these guys out, bassists. They use a ton of effects, but it's very tastefully done.
