Social Security Office Hours in Altoona?

Not sure, but I will guess the same time as any govermental office. 8a.m.
unless it's a holiday.

They have to be there at 8am but the security guard doesn't unlock the door until 9am. If you get there just as they are unlocking the door be prepared for a short speach from the secuity guard about not taking weapons inside and there is usually a line of people waiting to get in. I work right by the place and get to hear the speach when I am running late.
