That is the percentage of votes that you have out of all the votes.

Its probably a time thing...at some point, they will end the voting and whoever has the highest percentage will win...we'll just have to try to keep your votes the highest.

Awe, I am soooooo sorry to hear that. Poor doggie. My parents had that happen to their cocker spaniel. It was heart breaking.
