I never knew till I did some research about the3 band during their extracurricular activities. I find this quite intreging, mostly for the fact that I love the movie ...Funds earned by Pink Floyd's album "The Dark Side of the Moon" went towards funding The Holy Grail. The band were such fans of the show they would halt recording sessions just to watch "Monty Python's Flying Circus" (1969).

Yeah. Pink Floyd himself was murdered. Him Jethro Tull, and Leonard Skinnard got into a barfight. Skynnard is in critical condition and Jethro is now a parapalegic.

They were also good friends with the late Douglas "Hitchhiker's Guide" Adams. He guested on guitar with them and chose the title for Division Bell.f.sciarrillo wrote:I never knew till I did some research about the3 band during their extracurricular activities. There was something in an Adams bio about him aspiring to be a professional guitarist. He gave it up after taking his guitar to a party to impress a girl. Another guy borrowed the guitar, played rings around him, and stole the girl. Adams went on to be a great writer. The other guy went on to form Dire Straits.

Is that true? Awsome freaking story if it is. I wonder if there are any photos or video of that show. Even the fact that Adams helped name an album is news to me. Poor guy though, having to give up his dream and find a day job....
