The Clarks - Wed. Railroaders museum

Post by xero380 »

Anyone go?

Was a pretty good time for me seeing the band for the first time in awhile and hanging out with the guys afterwards. Talked to Bill Deasy for awhile and thought it was pretty cool he recognized me for running sound for him at the Altoona Curve a couple years ago. Overall I thought it was a success.

JP would've said Hello but you were talking to some buddies in the back and didn't want to interupt but hope you got some great pics!

The band is right, their music is definately more stripped down and back to the older Clarks style which seems to be working nicely.

Also for everyone that is involved with putting these shows together, you are doing a great job. Keep up the good work!

It was good show, the sound was pretty good considering you're forced to fire your speakers right at a brick building.
Only thing I though was odd and unlike the Clarks was that new tune that had those recorded backups and other funky sounds, i have no idea why they would even do such a thing. Hopefully its was just a dumb idea they get rid of. Anyone else catch this? What were your thoughts?
Don't bitch to me about the economy while you're still buying Chinese products.
