looking for an odd shaped bass body

i know it's 2 months away, but i need a bass shaped like an ax kinda like gene simons used. if i can find a complete bass like that cheap great. but i will build it if i gotta. i can get a neck and i have pickups controls, and the rest of the hardware. and to let the cat out of the bag, yes i'm dressing as gene simons and scince i'm having trouble finding the boots he wore i figured this would be the next best thing. i know metal church seems to be into building guitars. just thought i woould ask??

Simmon's bass was shaped like an axe right? Not too big on Kiss, but I think I know which one you are talking about.
It is Black with Silver on the edge of the axe right?

Well even a guitar body would work, because of the amount of material that i would have to remove from the body to get the shape of the axe.

Not sure if this is the real one or an authenic copy?
There were a few different versions of the 'Axe Bass', so if you can provide a better picture of it, that would be cool. Maybe this one here would be close enough?

If you're looing for other projects, saw a coupl'a cool gits on some 80s
videos. Steve Vai's Performance that looked like a flame and Chris
DeGarmo's ESPs, with the Xs, or whatever they were. Both of those
were pretty cool (Not to mention that they were a coupl'a the "80s" guys
whose playing I like).

yes that is the exact one i'm looking for. i would like it to be functional. can you make a neck also i have one but not very good. when it was on the bass it came with i hated it. how myuch material do you need. andi'll pick it up??
