I was thinking of putting together a benefit for the Kerry/Edwards campaign I'm just in the thought stages so please if you'de be interested post and let me know.. we need to SAVE our country every penny can help !

I am amazed........ At first, I thought you were just trying to piss off the few conservatives that post here, but now I think you may have lost your mind.

Do you really intend to do a fundraiser, for a billionaire gold digger, and a millionaire trial lawyer??? If you want to help someone who sincerely needs help, please direct your efforts to one of the fine organizations who are helping the poor, the aged, the sick, or anyone else who needs a helping hand. OR, Better Yet, lets organize a fundraiser for the poor bar owners who can't make ends meet because of the PLCB gestappo!!!!!

Your hatred of George Bush is noted, I don't think that anyone who posts here doubts your true feelings, but your hatred is clouding your better judgement, There were better candidates then Kerry, there were better VP candidates than Edwards, but I digress................

Just wait and see if this clown gets elected, if you think the economy is bad now, just wait till Mr Kerry raises taxes, and makes it harder for small businesses to thrive

I believe Mr. Lee was making a political statement. As so many people have died in the last 228 years defending his right to do so, I support, at least, that aspect. He's a pretty smart guy, and sticks to his guns, and I admire that. I'm sure he realizes that Kerry married well, Edwards was a lawyer (insert shark joke here), and Bush and Cheney are multi-multi-multi-millionaire oilmen. Myself, I'm close to joining The Grill Party... as soon as George Foreman reveals his foreign policy agenda. Where's Paul R. when you need him!----->JMS

Bobby, I know you mean well and You got a good heart but let's face it even a very successful local fund raiser is gonna bag what a couple grand? That's paper clip money to a national campaign.

If we're gonna do a fund raiser let's raise money for a canidate for the PA state house or Senate who will do something about the Liquor laws so the PLCB will leave us alone. if We're gonna raise a couple of thousand bucks, let's put it where it'll do some real good.

Don't get me wrong, I can't say I would like to see 4 more years of Dubya but I'm not crazy about Kerry either.

The Grill Party supports a seperatists Foreign Policy, similar to that before WWI. Other than economic and trade policies, The Grill Party has no interest in meddling with other countries' political affairs. I have to save every penny just in case Kerry is elected.

If the 15% long-term capital gains tax cap is not renewed, I and many other small investors will be fucked big time. Legitimate long term investment ideas will go down the tubes. I guarantee that smart money will sell all long term holdings by Christmas to get the incentive.

If it looks like Kerry will win, I will start selling in October to avoid the Christmas rush (market meltdown). I haven't done such a thing since Christmas 1999 in anticipation of the market meltdown that began the following April and lasted 2 years.

The recent boom in construction will end as many real-estate developers and small construction companies will no longer have the incentive to go with longer-term, larger-scale projects. The small construction contractor will lose the incentive of building a new home for themselves every 2 years--this is the only retirement plan many of them have.

Of course, these are tax incentives for the RICH, aren't they?

Don't worry, there will be a safety net, as Kerry will see to it that there is a raise for the minimum wage...

Hey, I'm Back! I just wanted to make a point that sickens me. Too many people want to vote for Kerry only because they hate bush. Now I don't mind if you like or agree with someones values or beleifs and vote for them becasue of that, but voting for them out of hatred of the other guy? I mean what's this coming to...you dig up some false crap to beleive and you'll vote for anything but? I bet anyone could beat President Bush with this rediculous thinking. I mean come on people, where is Kerry on the issues? I still don't have a clue, does anyone?
