Invalid Session
Invalid Session
Is it just me (or my computer) or does anyone else have this problem:
Anytime I try to post a response to a topic I get the following error message:
Invalid Session. Please resubmit the form.
I have to hit the submit button a dozen times or more before the message is accepted. Hell, sometimes I just give up and close Rockpage.
Anybody else??

It's either a problem with your browser caching or AOL caching data.
With caching, you are not guaranteed to get a new page when you go to a site. You may get an old stored version.
If my server doesn't serve up the post page, but instead your browser or AOL gives you a stored copy, your session data won't match and you'll see this error.
There is nothing I can do about it, but you can change your browser settings so that it won't give you a locally stored page. There is nothing you can do on the ISP side except get rid of AOL and try another provider, though most dial-up providers all do the same thing in the interest of increased speed... but the increased speed is because they are serving you old pages. It's OK for static sites, but dynamic sites that change constantly are always going to be a problem.

... and then the wheel fell off.
