Ok, so this "band" was nothing more than my friend Zeke & I getting blasted and going up to Gospel Hill at 1:00 in the morning with acoustic guitars and wailing on original numbers like "I Saw Deer" and "Dead Drunk Girls Don't Say No" or extended improvs like "Play the Hendrix Chord, ...Ain't it Funky Lord", and the occasional cover. Occasionally we would drive the back road to Glasgow and play in the car to warm up and get some inspiration before we hit the Hill. We usually amended the name to suit our fancy of whatever musical genre we happened to be inspired by on any particular evening. Sometimes the name would be ridiculously long depending on how "creative" we were feeling. It was a lot of fun. I'd like to do a reunion tour sometime (It's probably coming up on 15 years or so). Maybe do an album ("Live from Gospel Hill" would be appropriate). We'd probably get shot nowadays, we almost did back then.
My interest is piqued, Jason. Do you have any bootlegs of these gigs?

Actually as far as local groups go, I always thought Skarma Sutra was cool. Also Lemonsoul, the Marauders, Vengeance, Choking Faith

Otherwise...Black Sabbath (come on, its catchy!!), Alien Sex Fiend, Bauhaus, Bachman Turner Overdrive, the Talking Heads, the Blackhearts, Social Distortion
Worth dying for. Worth killing for. Worth going to hell for. Amen.

Sadly no, but in all seriousness I wish there was. That was just something that started as a tongue-in-cheek guerrilla musical experiment, but really evolved into something much more. I think the only people that ever heard any of it were ourselves and the indigenous miscreants that haunted the Gospel Hill area in the wee hours of the morning.

I know the guy from COAS. I'll tell him you said so. He's still proud of that one.
