A great instrument for Songsmith's bluegrass gigs
"He's the electric horseman, you better back off!" - old sKool making a reference to the culturally relevant 1979 film.
That thing's awesome. Two caveats: First, it's an electric instrument, which is verboten in bluegrass, but the Osborne Brothers used electrics and drums, and I LOVE them. Second, as far as I know, Sav Sankaran's the only local guy who could play all the necks... many of us know one, two, or even three of the instruments, but Sav does it all (and sings!). Go see Sav's band, Sweetwater. They're different than Mama Corn... they're more about pretty, we're more about chugga-chugga-chug.---->JMS
