Lots of cool new stuff in the works. Hope to be debuting these with my new projects. Enjoy fellow drummers....and non-drummers too of course, this is RP, the all-inclusive community

New snare: Dunnett 6.5 x 14 SS with Stanbridge hybrid wood over brass hoops. Viigo is a democrat.

Most of my snare arsenal: Top, L-R: PDP 5.5 x 14 maple with maple hoops (republican), DW 3.5 x 14 COB piccolo (democrat), Ddrum 7 x 14 basswood, one-trick pony (republican) and the Dunnett SS (democrat).

This is the Odery kit Im having built in Brazil. These will be registered independent as soon as they receive citizenship  The following are progress pics they have sent over the last month.

20 x 20 kick / 7 x 8 / 8 x 10 / 9 x 12 / 12 x 14 toms. 4-ply Araucaria wood with curly maple veneer with Italian inlays. Brushed brass lugs, chrome hardware, mounts, etc and custom designed fade on the bottoms of the toms and from the floor up on the kick.

Formed shells:

Gorgeous, simply gorgeous!

Are they gonna be natural finished or stained? (I can't tell in the last pics if that's the clearcoat or just a sealer/prep for stain.)

Definitely post pics of the finished products along w/ sound clips/vids!
.

All kinetic, no potential.

Moondoggy:

They are prepped to be lacquered. They are in line now for that process. The finish will be waxed.....not a shiny lacquer.

Kevin:

I hope youll get a chance to take em for a spin. Im still lookin forward to hearing your Saludas.

D&D:

I really like the PDP a lot! Super colourful drum. Its been my workhorse. Now the Dunnett is. Took me a little bit to get comfortable with a metal snare. With CCdrums help I arrived at a head configuration I like and it kills.

Colton:

Perv!

Bobby:

Thanks buddy. Im hoping they sound as good as they look if not better. The folks who have seen them and played them rave about them , so well see :) Maybe I can set them up at a drum night sometime.
