Yea, Dylan's (original) version is bad enough but GnR took it to a whole other level. Bob is my all-time favorite, but man, I hate that song. Well, hate is a strong word but I dislike it a lot.
I DO hate Old Time Rockn Roll. Like webmiztress, I'm the girl that just doesn't understand why all the other girls like the crap they do. I shoulda been a guy....really.
Uggg....96 Tears...I can hear that deedeedeedeedeedee on the organ....how annoying.

Anything by Bob Dylan. He has a terrible voice.
Anything by Iron Maiden
Anything by Judas Priest
Anything by ACDC, except "Highway to Hell". That song rocks.
Anything by Toby Keith. Look up "Sellout" in the dictionary, there's a nice big picture of Toby.
Most anything by Kid Rock
Anything by Hank Williams and Hank Williams Jr.
Anything by Jimmy Buffet
Anything from The Rolling Stones
I almost forgot. Anything by Motorhead. "Ace of Spades" is one of the worst songs ever written.

Pour me another one, cause I'll never find the silver lining in this cloud.

I'll have to agree; Free Bird and Stairway to Heaven.
The top of the list: RAP, Hip Hop, Polka, Boy Bands, Girl Bands, Britney Spears want-a-be's, and Christina Aguelero Want-a-be's. Not to mention anyone else with no talent, yet sells because of the puppet they become to the recording industry. No wonder sells are going down. They go based on marketability, rather than talent - hence; American Idol - YUK!

- Anything by Radiohead - Come on and Love Me by Lenny Kravitz is an example of a very well executed falsetto vocal. Anything by Thom Yorke is an example of a very poorly executed falsetto vocal.
- She Thinks my Tractor's Sexy by Kenny Chesney - The name itself speaks volumes of the suckitude of this song. Chesney represents everything that's gone wrong with country music. Just seeing photos of this guy invokes feelings of hostility within me.
- Taking Care of Business by Bachman-Turner Overdrive - This isn't a bad song pe say, but rather is another case of a song that's been driven into the ground by radio, television commercials, and pop culture. BTO also has so many cooler but lesser known songs like Hey You, Roll on Down the Highway, and Looking Out for Number One, which is almost like a smooth jazz tune, ala George Benson.
- Dull Boy by Mudvayne - I love, love, love Mudvayne, but this song is so WEAK! I haven't listened to the album, but I hope that it's better than the single.
- Anything by Linkin' Park with the exception of One Step Closer (which I dig) - I honestly have nothing bad to say about this band. I think they are very talented and they put out great records. Their music just simply does nothing for me. *shrugs*
- American Music by The Violent Femmes - I agree with everyone about Blister in the Sun, but it doesn't grate on me as much as this number.
That's all I can think of off of the top of my head. I'm sure I'll remember more.

I'll never forget when I was going to Penn State main campus there were about 30 of us tripping out a$$es off at a party when that came on the radio...webmiztris wrote: Jenny Jenny (867-5309)
Some Einstein figgered out it was a local State College number and we called some poor old woman all night long and thought it was HILARIOUS!!!
That poor woman... reason 427 why I'm going to hell for sure
There's one that I forgot to mention. That song is horrible. Another one is "Redneck Woman". I was filling in on bass for Stratobastard27 awhile back and some girl actually requested that song. I told her "I'll be happy to give you your money back if you'll leave now". The song that really makes me want to take my eyes out is "Picture" by Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow. Whoever wrote that needs flogged.moxham123 wrote:I have to agree with anything by Toby Keith and Kid Rock
Here is another country tune that is just plain awful
Honky Tonk Badonkadonk by Trace Adkins

I was actually at the 2k6 superbowl when the Stones played.. I honestly thought it was great. Not soundwise, but seeing an old band like that just gave me a fuzzy feeling.
Merge's post made me cringe when he said about anything Motorhead..
The Weight by The Band
Drift Away by any of the 50 artists that have recorded Drift Away
Walking in Memphis by That Fucking Prick That Did Walking in Memphis
Winds of Change by Scorpions
All I Want To Do Is Make Love To You by Heart
Trees by Rush
Special dishonorable mention to:
any country song with allegedly witty lyrics
any country song with allegedly cute lyrics
any "America is great so buy my record and a truck" country song

Sorry, dude. I've never understood why people think so highly of Motorhead. Everything I've heard from them is garbage. To each his own, thoughLifer wrote:

I with Jimi Hatt 100% on his hatred for "any "America is great so buy my record and a truck" country song".
