Low-quality video footage of YNGWIE MALMSTEEN's March 14, 2008 concert at the Musikmesse Frankfurt 2008 fair in Frankfurt, Germany can be viewed below (courtesy of "3Pietro" and "blueser76"). (NOTE: Audio in second clip is distorted to the point of being unlistenable.) The performance marked the legendary Swedish guitarist's first appearance with his new lineup, which includes Tim "Ripper" Owens (BEYOND FEAR, ex-JUDAS PRIEST, ICED EARTH) on vocals, Bjorn Englen on bass, Michael Troy on keyboards and Patrik Johansson on drums.

I love Ripper and i think he got a raw deal with IE.The two records he did with IE were awsome.I could've done without all the in between song yadayada on Framing but it still kicks ass.Don't get me wrong Matt Barlow is the voice of Iced Earth but i think Jon Shaffer(who is a great inspiration to me)went about it all wrong. But hey that's why it's always been his band. How about a new Beyond Fear record??

I just hope malmsteen lets ripper contribute, I have often said I love malmsteen but his biggest holdback is himself everything is his way . Ripper in my opinion is a monster vocalists probabally the best Yngwie has had and lets not forget the new keyboardists The rockpages own Micheal Troy, A very talented band indeed!
