Just curious about how that all breaks down. Do you celebrate on Feb. 28 or March 1 other years? Do you skip the observance altogether the other three years?
What gives?

Does that mean you could take the number of years since you were born and divide it by 4 to come up with your age? HA, HA!

Comfirmed. Bad thing is that he has to work and can't go to Chucky Cheese.

I usually celebrate Feb 28th and Mar 1st... These years with the 29th suck because I only get one day. Legally they usally go with March 1st as being my "official" birthday on non leap years.

I proposed to my wife on Feb 29th. That is the anniversary of our engagement.
So, this year we celebrated our 3rd Anniversary. And, I only have to worry about a gift once every 4 years!! (smart huh?!?!?)
