The movie set the stage for a lot of things today. Then you won't see but a few adult movies with a plot anymore, which is why the classics are more popular. Nowadays, all it is is POV ...
I saw somewhere that there is a broadway play based on Debbie Does Dallas in the works ... That should be interesting ...
Deepthroat was more of a rape and abuse movie. I read numerous on lInda lOvelace; where she was saying that during the filming; she was literally there with a gun in her head being forced to do it ...
Behind the green door set the way also ... But Debbie Does Dallas is the most popular adult movie of all time.
Although it's R-Rated and could be considered soft-porn at best, every once in a while I catch Dennis Miller in "Bordello of Blood". It's hilarious, and the ladies are extra gorgeous. Synopsis:
Bordello of Blood (1996)
Being involved with the "Tales from the Crypt" franchise, Zemeckis was able to come up with the story for this vampire movie, and what a vampire movie it is. It's got boobs, blood, boobs, boobs, boobs, and boobs. And Dennis Miller as a vampire hunter? Very cool. Loved it. Zemeckis actually pitched this idea to John Milius, the executive producer of 1941, back in the mid seventies, but Milius liked 1941 better, so it was chosen to be done first. (Story written by Robert Zemeckis)
"Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy."
Although this thread reminds me... Porn/music side note.... My last band's singer let borrow his copy of "French Kittens" --> 1978 plotless, ugly people totally bottom of the shelf porn. Just as I was about ready to turn it off, (pants still up, btw. Not even at half-mast) I hear it. The background music. LOUNGE JAZZ VERSION OF "PARANOID". I laughed for an hour straight.
"well, why don't you make ten louder and just have that be the loudest one?"
