If you make this a political debate, you are fucked up. I don't think any side of the coin wants to put the people in harm.
not to spur a debate... but how the fuck would your buddy, or anybody know absolutely for sure when an attack would take place? Hell, terrorists have made a name for themselves by speaking in differentiating codes to where it may be hard to determine what they say...

even if that weren't the case... what's to say some group of nutjobs can't keep things on the 'DL'?...

just something to chew over... if anything, this just means we need to maintain vigilance, but make sure it is in concordance with our constitutional rights...

The only way someone could guarantee no attack is if indeed they were the attacker. Correct? Or am I missing something? Maybe you're proving my Bush administration theory true? I thought the element of surprise was how terrorist attacks worked, I didn't know they called the counter-terrorism hotline and scheduled a fucking appointment. lol

There's all kinds of chatter and inside people that we don't know about. You think the government is stupid? It's not, contrary to popular belief.

We have 8:30, and 2:45 open... which would you prefer, and will you need a return-to-work slip?

Yes they are. Remember Hurricane Katrina. Or most of bush's cronies losing their jobs for fucking up/aka being stupid. Plus the progress being made in Iraq is superb. At least big george can hang Saddams Head on his mantle-piece.

Regardless, the only thing I see in your post is not stupidity it's the "arrogance" that the US and its govt. are untouchable. The holes in that theory from 9/11 alone should prove that bogus. As far as terrorists go. They don't have to be Muslim fundamentalists to "terrorize". We keep looking at the brown man and johnny white-trash shoots our fucking malls and churches up. Are they terrorists? Ask your clairvoyant in the CIA when the next socially retarded middle class white kid is planning his big exit, so I can avoid it please.

Protestant Extremist...like Timothy McVeigh...scare me a lot more than Muslims.

I know several Muslims and have never known any of them to say, promote, support
any kind of violence. Yet, I can go into any C-PA bar (Or family event) and hear people
talk about how we should shoot, kill, blow up, etc. entire populations of people, kids and
all without having the slightest idea of what said people are about.

Yet, they've seen a BUNCH of Chuck Norris movies and know EXACTLY how they'd
handle it.

And let's not forget the government's investigation into Eminem because of some lyrics of his in regard to the President. Love him or hate him, I don't think that Eminem songs are actually secret codes to terrorist sleeper cells. I'm thinking about buying some stock in Pampers, because there seems to be a lot of people shitting their pants out of fear anymore. 1984, indeed.

Also a good point. lol I'm not a Bush basher. But the guy isnt that smart. Our congress isnt that smart overall either. But when it comes to the C.I.A and the FBI theyve been handling things alot better since 9/11.

And when do i receive my free tickets to The Alamo? I'm not walking...And im not sure if the Jeep From Hell will make it. lol

Yea, I remember Hurricane Katrina, and a city called New Orleans that for years knew that the levees weren't capable, yet did nothing to fix them and had absolutely no plan for when the worst happened...Yea, I remember that disaster. You can't blame it all on Bush. I didn't say we are untouchable, I'm just saying we have some very capable people doing some good work out there.

I don't get it.One second Bush is a bumbling idiot who can't remember which shoe goes on which foot. Then he's bright enough to mastermind 9/11 and keep it underwraps for 6years? Give me a break. Then drag Katrina into it?Please brothers  I agree with Rob,those folks knew the sea level COULD be a problem for years. But for three days they KNEW it was a problem and continued to do nothing or very little.Generations of people brought up on government handouts can't be wrong can they? It's easy to blame the government for the problems of a society, but it's just as easy to help thy-self,not just move to the next higher floor of your government funded home till your standing on the roof in your jammies with a look of astonishment. :?:I'm no Bush cool-aid drinker, but if i was told:Botteicher you've got 2-3 days to GET OUT.I sure as fuck wouldn't have been standing on a bridge with a 3 day old bottle of H2O looking for the great gov bird in the sky to come make it all better.Too much?Too bad.Peace.
