how about free song downloading on like myspace and stuff. pirating music etc etc.

I'm not sure what you mean.
I think a band should be able to allow their stuff be downloaded free if they want.
I also burn cd's, but if it's worth buying I will.
I prolly buy 1-2 cd's every week.
