Hey I was just updating some of my other fantasy leagues and I stumbled upon the sign-ups for Fantasy Football '07. I was wondering what everyone was thinking since the last discussion on this topic. I think (if I remember correctly) that we were talking about getting together and doing a live draft, but I do also remember that some wouldn't be able to make it due to distances. So I was just wondering what anyone is thinking...if anyone is thinking about FF '07

I'm hoping a continuation. rreiheart or ToonaRockGuy was the one last year who kind of set this thing all up, I can't remember (sorry, if I gave the credit to someone else). But there was some talk of doing it this year as a live draft. I was kind of hoping there would be more discussion on the topic. Maybe...
A) Everyone's too busy right now.
B) It's too early for this kind of talk.
C) No one really cares

I'd go ahead and set it up myself, but I'm waiting to see if anyone has anything to say.

If that's the case, I'm in!

I won't be able to make any live drafts due to the fact that I live pretty far away and I travel a lot, so I'm in favor of letting Yahoo auto pick. I'm in favor of "keepers" and the same rules/ scoring system, as well.

Can I kick all of your asses again?? You bet I can!!

Yea Russ (rreihart) set it up last year .. Hopefully he's into it again.. I liked everything about last years set up (except losing) haha...

No live draft.. too difficult with everyone scattered around...

I won't be available for a live draft. I'll pre-edit my pick list, but I would suggest that we switching to an autopick. Settings look great, Russ. Good job, as always. Tood, get ready.

Crap I had to make a new Yahoo profile, because I have 4 teams already under my current one. Apparently, you can only have four teams...kinda sucks, but whatever. I kept the same team name as last year. Although, I may change it later. Don't know.

I liked the way the draft was last year..

I'll try not to have all Cowboys on my team this year .. But having Romo as my backup QB did help ... haha...

Seems like the majority favors keepers. Are we able to do that on Yahoo, or will those players need to be removed from the draft list before the draft?

The only way to do that would be to have everyone sit down in the same room to conduct the draft, and not everyone is able to do that. The only way that would make sense and not be a nightmare for me.

Realx it's still only June for Gods sake !! haha.. Just cause the football season now lasts until the last week of March doesn't mean it kicks off in June!! haha...
