Did anyone else have a "Username/Password? request come up[ with this post? Each time I go to it I get the login prompt for my own machine at 127.0.0.1...

Anyone else see anything like that?

If it's asking for a login at 127.0.0.1 (local host), it is something internal to your workstation or ISP. Your IP address should be the dynamic address assigned to you by your ISP. This could also be the work of a worm or virus.
... and then the wheel fell off.
