Another price hike at Midnight

Post by rreihart »

A freind of mine that works close the fuel industry called me and said another major gas price hike is happening at Midnight, and not to be surprised to see prices in excess of $3.20 / galllon. :(

OK, so it's at least time to lobby for the abbreviated work week (4 - 10 hour days) at the job.

Yeah, or telecommuting! There's a lot of computer peeps on Rockpage . . . give us a computer and a broadband connection, and we'll get the job done from just about anywhere. May as well put that bandwidth to work for something other than porn, right?

I told my boss tonight that the company should buy a bus and go around picking everybody up. We all pretty much live in the same town. So it wouldn't be that hard ..

I am one of those computer peeps, but my support role wouldn't allow for telecommuting. Not to mention, I'll probably never have broadband where I live.....which is probably for the better.
