photos for the wall of shame
hey any bands object to the bar owner taking some photos for the wall inside the bar with the name of your band on it? we have decided on a wall of shame for more exposure for the bands that have kicked ass and taken names at our place and wanted to ok it thru you all first.

Other than pics with chicks that are off-limits, I don't think you'll get much opposition to your idea... promote, promote, promote! Peter C's has a montage on the wall and some of those pics are more than a decade old... I see someone checking it out every single time we play there. I say go ahead!---->JMS
Hey Becky - Great idea! When Lost Ledny plays there we'll make sure you have awesome pics to hang on the wall. There will be a Jagermeister frenzy going on!

A place we used to play in Lock Haven used to ask every band to leave an autographed momento - a pair of broken sticks, guiter picks, a t-shirt or band sticker, and they hung these all around the place - sometimes framed, creating a local music version of a Hard Rock Cafe. Pretty cool idea I thought

Yeah, a number of clubs seem to do that. My name's written on a few cymbals and drumheads that are hanging on walls in various places. I always thought it was a really cool way for a club to show that they appreciate having you play for them.Brian of the Clan Plush wrote:A place we used to play in Lock Haven used to ask every band to leave an autographed momento - a pair of broken sticks, guiter picks, a t-shirt or band sticker, and they hung these all around the place - sometimes framed, creating a local music version of a Hard Rock Cafe. Cymbals... Drumheads??? Don't you play bass? Why you going into clubs writing your name on other peoples gear?bassist_25 wrote:My name's written on a few cymbals and drumheads that are hanging on walls in various places. Paul, why don't you use that "Naked Bass Pic"? You could sign 'em and spin 'em out to the crowd during each set!!

thanks lost ledny! I will make sure the jager is stocked well (as always) we think the more exposure you all get the better for everyone. I am in awe at the music and talent that has performed at our place so far and enjoy meeting all of the bands, my doors are always open to anyone that wants to play.
