How about offer a reward to the person that catches The Grimm Poster Bandit? Instead of putting up your normal flyer, put up one with the reward on it.

Glad to hear that we are in process of building a posse to wrangler with this rat-bastard flyer thief! Even more amazing is that this thread didn't become a politically-charged crusade on either extreme! Hatred of stupid people has brought us all together!
