Supertczar from Sabbath! Great call! Some other goodies....

Megadeth: Wake Up Dead
Metallica: Orion/Call of Katulu
Duran Duran: Tiger Tiger
Anything by Brand X
King Crimson: Discipline
Black Sabbath: Laguna Sunrise

We've had at least one instrumental on each of our albums (actually did two instrumentals on Resurruption), and I echo Rob the drummer's comments!

These non-political posts are a fun novelty these days;)

Oh man, I forgot about Orion...that's a good song....

I got Yngwie's version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow, it's pretty good.

Yep, I go see them fairly often. Usually when I see them listed somewhere local. Been watching those guys for years.

Don't forget "Love, Devotion, Surrender" with Carlos for some killer guitar work. Can you even get M. Orchestra stuff on CD?

Where the hell is the Cantina?

Maybe I'm not up to date on what's going on, but how is Acid Reflux playing at Coach's and Flame-Sky playing at the Cantina at the same time?

Yes, I have some Mahavishnu Orchestra burnt onto a cd. It's a best of compliation that a theory teacher I once studied under, had imported from England.

Oddly enough, Birds of Fire is not on it though. :?

"love, devotion, surrender" kicks ass! as well as "caravansori".
I have a tone of m. orchestra on disc, i found most of it at coconuts.
the cantina is the old steel pier.
when a/f and f/s is double booked matt will play with f/s.

I was deeply saddened that day that I got Metallica's Metallica & it contained no instrumentals.

For punk bands that no one's heard of that do AWESEOME instrumentals on some of their stuff: The Nobodys & Snuff.

Kudos to both of 'em.
