Shirley you jest. :)

Unofficially, I believe the issue is the absence of a nonprofit organization for the Wing-Off proceeds to benefit. It was first reported on TV-10's news a few weeks ago that the Lakemont Volunteer Fire Company, the nonprofit sponsor of the Wing-Off's the past few years, announced that they were withdrawing from the event this year due to lack of time and manpower to devote to it. It was reported at that point that the organizers needed to find a new nonprofit organization to be involved with the event, or by PLCB rules alcohol wouldn't be permitted to be sold at it.***

First of all stop calling me Shirley.... haha....

ok here's where the devil is in the details ... JP says a new non profit needs to be found... True?

This is quite different from having difficulty finding a non profit...

It's paraphrasing with a big difference in the message to the reader...

Why this is so frustrating is this is exactly what the media did to a much larger audience..

Edit.... Lets not forget too that JP is part of the evil media we speak of haha....

ok that was just thrown in to lighten the mood... (is it getting stuffy in here) haha....
