That's the hell of it! Everybody is lawsuit happy now-a-days....

Like the dentist in New York who is sueing the widow of the baseball player who flew his plane into the dentist's condo! What a bunch of bullshit that is!

Bottom line with RFFT.....be very very careful!

I talked with Bill and everything appears to be on the up and up. They have done their research on this. As I stated before, they (ASCAP/BMI) can't do anything about your original material going on this. Covers have
been researched by Bill, Kevin, etc. and theses are being handled appropriately by dealing with the purchases of licenses, etc. for their use.
As Kevin stated, call them to dx your questions.

I'm gonna try to make this one. I haven't been to any shows in awhile so I need a break ;)

I'll have my digital camera of course if you want some photos for the troops.

TWO IMPORTANT NOTES

I've had bands say to me "We don't have any shows coming up in Altoona".

That's OK. It would probably be best if they aren't all in Altoona. If we can work out a schedule, we'll come to where YOU are.

Some have said to me "WE don't have any shows in March".

That's OK too. We plan to keep doing Rock For The Troops as long as we have bands to do it. I don't think the troops are coming home soon. We can schedule April (which is already filling up) and May etc..

Every time we get a package ready we can send it off to Iraq and then start package number II.

Thanks to everyone.
