interesting fact.... Kip Winger used to be the bass player for Alice Cooper.

Bevis and Butthead came along and made him the butt of many jokes.

i wouldnt know about winger's balls. he surely sucked ass though. he mustve wrote "seventeen" while pole smoking in prison somewhere. maybe the same place you were locked up at.

None of that dung is original. are you stuck in the 80's, NS?
"Live in the NOW"

i think Kip Winger helped people's jokes by still existing.

I don't think SB is underrated. I think most people who know anything about music realize that he is an amazing vocalist.

As for Winger, slice my wrists....I agree with NS. I think that Kip is way under appreciated because he is "pretty". He is great live...and, IMO, very musically talented. Curses to Beavis & Butthead for joking about Winger. And I think the fact that he's still around shows that he is obviously talented.

But to each his own...alot of people hate Winger. NS, aren't you the one bitching that you get trashed for saying what you think....???? So I think that Spellbound can dis Winger on "your thread" (funny, but I thought we were on Rockpage)

Yeah, but he probably got more ass than all of us put together.

We got to meet everone in the band, except for Reb Beech whenever they came to the War Memorial and opened for Kiss.

Check out the concert picture thread for pics. ;)

HIJACK!!

Anybody here ever been mistaken for a girl back in the hairband days? Or mistook somebody for a girl (I mean, not Eddie-Murphy-with-a-transsexual-hooker mistook, just thought it was a chick from a distance)?

Did Winger ever play Give It Away, by RHCP? Oh, and I've seen Kippy in '88,'98, and '03, and he played the exact same songs every time. Why doesn't he learn something new?!!??--------->JMS

I mistook a chic for a guy once back in the day. LOL!

When In Hollywood I did several double takes thinking I was looking at a chic and it wasn't.
