You can't post MP3's on Rockpage. The easiest way is to post it somewhere like MySpace, SoundClick, or on your own domain, then post a link to the sound file itself.

Don't try to use Geocities or Tripod or any of the free hosting services, though. They have tight bandwidth limits that will shut the site down after one person downloads or opens that MP3 file.
