MUSIC MAN BONGO HH 6 STRING BASS

Post by MOONDOGGY »

Everything about this bass is awesome. The quality is top notch. The construction are precise. It's made in the USA. The feel is spot-on with what a 6 string should be. It has a thin round neck profile and great string spacing. And the tone is perfect for any style, especially with the 4-band active EQ.

Here's specs:

Color: Blue Pearl w/ blue pearloid pickguard
Weight: 11 lbs
Body: Basswood
Neck: satin finished maple w/ Rosewood fretboard, 34" scale
Hardware: Chrome Music Man
String Spacing: 17.5 at bridge. (18-19 is considered wide and 16-17 is considered narrow, so this is perfect!)
Nut Width: 2 1/4"
Pickups: MM style humbuckers w/ neodymium magnets
Controls: Vol, Balance, Treble, High-Mid, Low-Mid, Bass (4-band EQ!!!)
Truss rod: easy access and no hex key required
Case: OHSC

There is one chip in the finish of the body, and it has the typical Bongo headstock chips.

Price is $1200.

(Please note, some of the pics were taken long ago before the headstock chips and chip in the body.)
